The Dunmore East Woods and Park Trust (“the Trust”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect any personal information you provide to us, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Acts 1988–2018.
What information we collect
We only collect personal information that you choose to give us — for example, when you contact us by email or phone, or complete the Friends of the Woods & Park sign-up form. This may include your name, postal address, email address and phone number.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiries, to administer the Friends of the Woods & Park scheme (including acknowledging your support on the Friends list, with your consent), and to keep you informed about the scheme. We will never sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Legal basis
We process your information on the basis of your consent and, where you join the Friends scheme, for the performance of that arrangement.
How long we keep your information
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
